In addition to the General Department, the Department of the Common Interests, and the Unique Window, the organizational structure of the Office also includes three technical departments:

1. Department of the Promotion of  Private Investment.
2. Department of  Planning and  Statistics
3. Department of  Assistance of Development and Evaluation.

It also has a regional department of development in each governorate of the south.
      
     There are 125 employees in the Office, 56 of whom work in the regional departments of development. The number of the qualified cadre is 48, with a rate reaching 40%. 30% of the working staff in the Office are women.
