the Unique Window is created at the seat of  the South Development Office under the decree n°:99/2069, dating 13/09/1999.

Functions :

• Supervising and assisting the investors, by intervening at the level of the concerned administrations and committees so as to create enterprises in the sectors stipulated by the Investment Incentives Code.

• Realizing the operations stipulated by the Investment Incentives Code
• Realizing the necessary operations by intervening at the level of the administrations and committees in order to obtain the authorizations and franchise accorded by the Investment Incentives Code.

Presentation of The Unique Window:

The Unique Window is made up of a representatives of different departments and organizations:

1- Representative of the South Development Office:

• Reception, supervising and guiding of the investors.
• Providing economic, regional and sectorial information.
• Informing the investors about the stages and procedures for the        creation of projects in the region .
• Making the investors aware of both the common and personal            advantages cited in  the Investment Incentives Code.
• Assisting the investors by intervening at the level of the concerned         administrations and committees to facilitate the procedures.

2-Representative of the Industrial Promotion Agency:

• Providing information about the investment in the sectors of industry        and services.
• Reception of the declarations of the projects of investment and the         applications for the gain from financial advantages.
• Delivery of receipt attestations of the declarations for the projects non-    submitted to authorization (in 24 hours time).
• Delivery of the receipt attestations for the projects submitted to            advance authorization after obtaining the authorization at the level of the concerned committees via the Unique Window.
• Reception of the applications for financial advantages and delivery of the decisions granting these advantages by the concerned committees

3- Representative of the Agricultural Investment Promotion Agency:

• Information concerning the investment in the sectors of agriculture, fishing and related services.
• Reception of the declarations of the investment projects and the applications for the gain of financial advantages.
• Delivery of the receipt attestations of the declarations for the projects non-submitted to authorization (in 24 hours).
• Delivery of receipt attestations of the declarations for the projects submitted to advance authorization after obtaining the authorization at the level of the concerned committees via The Unique Window.
• Reception of the applications for financial advantages and then delivery of the decisions granting these advantages by the concerned committees.

4- Representative of the Receipt of the Registry of the Companies’ contract:

• Registry of the civil contracts relating to the judicial establishment of the enterprises.
• Delivery of the registered contracts in 24 hours time since its       submission.

5-Representative of the Taxes Control:

• Immediate delivery of the fiscal card of identification after the declaration for existence.

6 - Representative of the Court of the First Instance Office:

• Enrolment in the commerce registers
• Granting of the receipt certificates of the statutes and other civil               contracts of the companies.
• Registry of mortgage.

7-Representative of the Customs:

• Providing information relating to customs.
• Granting of custom codes to companies.

8-Representative of the Ministry of the Environment and Territorial Arrangement:

• Providing information relating to the impact on the environment                     and the  protection of the Milieu.

9-Representative of the Official Printing

• Publication in the Official Journal of the Republic of Tunisia.
